Responsibilities

Prepare traffic signal plans and perform safety studies using MicroStation and AutoCAD

Conduct Roadway, traffic, ITS, and drainage engineering design

Formulate traffic engineering-related plans and supporting documents including traffic signal plans, traffic control plans, electrical detail sheets, temporary signal plans

Organize conceptual safety plans and roadway improvement plans

Conducts signal warrant analyses

Assist in traffic analysis, concept development, and traffic operation studies

Develop traffic signal plans, traffic control plans, signing and pavement marking plans, utilities coordination utilizing MicroStation, AutoCAD and other civil engineering design software applications and MS Office applications

Provide additional traffic engineering services using design software SYNCHRO and HCS to prepare engineering and design documents
