Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs to ensure the optimal performance of Toyota vehicles
Identify mechanical and electronic issues
Conduct repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Work collaboratively with the service team
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication with vehicle owners as required
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical and technical skills, including vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
Proficiency in using automotive tools and equipment
Ability to follow manufacturer standards and repair guidelines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills for team collaboration and customer service
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as ASE Certification or Toyota-specific training is highly desirable
Experience working with Toyota or other automotive brands is a plus
