Project Administrator
Rycon Construction, Inc. is an employee-owned company that provides construction management, general contracting, and design-build services nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide administrative support for the Texas Division executives and facilitate various office functions.

Responsibilities
Order office supplies
Coordinate with HR, IT and other office staff to facilitate new hire onboarding
Providing administrative support for the Texas Division executives including processing of expense reports/credit card statement and travel planning
Meet and greet visitors
Schedule conference rooms
Keep inventory of Rycon swag items for employees and clients
Process incoming mail
Acting as a backup for project coordinators when needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of recent office experience
Professional, dependable and friendly attitude
Good phone presence
