Develop robust, driver-based financial models to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives
Create compelling presentations and white papers to communicate financial results and business impact to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, and eCommerce teams to accelerate progress and achieve financial objectives
Revolutionize financial processes by developing semantic models, automated reports, and standardized SQL queries to democratize analytics
Regularly update executive leadership on financial progress through business reviews and performance reporting
Identify, quantify, test, and scale high-visibility eCommerce initiatives impacting millions of customers
Optimize forecasting and reporting processes to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making
Qualification
Required
Expertise in developing strategic business cases, employing comprehensive financial models and compelling narratives
Proven experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional alignment
Advanced data analytics skills, with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and SQL
Strong communication and storytelling abilities, able to simplify complex concepts for leadership and influence decision making
Demonstrated ability to build and scale business intelligence capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in process optimization and implementing next-gen analytics solutions
High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a results-oriented mindset
