Responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of assigned accounts

Maintaining, monitoring, and managing these accounts to achieve client retention goals

Ensure client satisfaction with our services

Account rounding

Troubleshooting

Cross-selling to other departments

Collaborating with Producers on new business development

Proactively drive retention and new business in alignment with the company’s sales and service model

Establish structure and accountability within your respective departments/groups to optimize the firm’s economic potential

Fostering the principles of leadership and teamwork

Support your team by providing technical advice, market insights, guidance, and leadership during internal and external discussions and negotiations

Facilitate educational opportunities for team members

Provide direction for their career development and success

Qualification

P&C LicenseInsurance industry experienceLeadership experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyAnalytical skillsContinuing educationEpic experienceCommunication skillsRelationship buildingTime managementOrganization skillsPresentation skillsProblem solving

Required

A minimum of 10 years' insurance industry experience with at least 4 years' experience in a brokerage environment

Active P&C License

Demonstrated success in a leadership role

Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to conduct presentations and speak to internal and external stakeholders at all levels

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as agency management systems and web browser software

Exceptional time management and organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties strongly preferred as well as a willingness to pursue continuing education and professional development

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance or other relevant programs

Experience with Epic
