In this role, you will educate clients on wellness services, sell memberships and retail products, and manage front desk operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities
Educate clients on the benefits of massage, skincare, and assisted stretch
Selling memberships that support long-term wellness (and earning commission when you do!)
Sell retail products based on recommendations from estheticians
Build strong relationships with guests to support long-term membership retention
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and phone/email communication
Qualification
Required
Are confident in closing sales (memberships and retail)
Are goal-oriented and driven by commission
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be available for evening shifts and at least two weekend days
Preferred
Have prior sales or customer service experience
