Customer Relationship Specialist
Smyle Marketing is a marketing coaching company focused on helping local store owners, restaurant owners, and fitness studios increase their sales. The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential leads, managing sales funnels, and collaborating with marketing and sales departments to optimize outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
Speak with small business owners to assess their needs through actively listening to their concerns and questions and making appropriate recommendations and clarifications
Become a subject matter expert, understanding the nuanced needs of small business owners related to their marketing strategy
Identify and qualify potential leads
Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to schedule appointments
Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated or received
Clearly communicate the Smyle Marketing messaging to prospects in addition to company’s programs and offers
Required to outbound call 20-30 customers per day with the goal of scheduling sales appointments
Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns
Tracking personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using CRM system
Following up with leads after scheduling appointment to increase show-up rates and scheduled calls
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 2 years of high ticket coaching sales experience with a background in marketing
North America or UK based. (If UK based, must be able to work within EST times)
Must have a place where you can work that has good internet
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends included)
Can move to full-time after a training and ramp up period
