The Senior Data Integration Specialist role is focused on managing and optimizing data flow for performance reporting, building integrations with custodial banks, and overseeing custodial data management.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize data flow to our performance reporting platform utilized by Institutional Investment Consultants and Asset Owners
Build and maintain robust integrations with custodial banks and other financial institutions
Oversee all aspects of custodial data management including vendor management, data acquisition and mapping, and ingestion into PARis, our performance reporting platform
Work closely with vendors, clients and related third parties
Qualification
Required
Custodial data mastery and how transactions/positions translate into performance systems (PARis)
Investment performance & accounting knowledge (e.g., positions, transactions, TWR)
SQL (querying) and Python for analysis/automation — you're a self‑service problem‑solver, not necessarily a full‑time developer
Familiarity with financial instruments (stocks, bonds, indices) and large datasets/data quality
Communication, persistence, and a go‑getter mindset to move complex admin processes forward
Preferred
Experience at custodial banks such as BNY Mellon, State Street, JPMorgan, Northern Trust, Schwab, Fidelity, Citi, M&T
Background with data/aggregation or performance providers like MSCI, Cygnus, PCR, Clearwater, Atapar, ByAllAccounts, Broadridge
Exposure to building integration workflows and ETL
