Responsibilities
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customer inquiries
Confirm receipt of required documents for each advance
Verify accuracy of submitted data against supporting documents
Execute fraud check, OFAC inquiry or other applicable processes for bank transactions
Collect counter-signatures from designated officer(s)
Confirm transmission of wires as necessary
Back up collateral specialist functions, when needed
Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence
HS Diploma/GED
1-3 year experience in mortgage banking or financial services environment
MS Office programs
