Responsibilities
Support multiple Fidelity business units by performing mail receipt, and document processing
Ensure accuracy, security, and customer satisfaction
Guide the team’s daily operations
Collaborate with other leads across CTC to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Drive process excellence
Assist with the necessary reports and represent the manager or department as needed
Partner with fellow Workleaders/Managers to improve processes and meet completion goals across Inbound
Qualification
Required
Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
Proven ability to manage tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proficiency in navigating multiple applications and systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with other team leads
Assist with the necessary reports and represent the manager or department as needed
Commitment to partnering with fellow Workleaders/Managers to improve processes and meet completion goals across Inbound
