They are seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for spa guests, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and supporting the spa team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments and manage spa booking software accurately
Process payments and handle transactions in accordance with company procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area
Provide information on spa services, promotions, and products
Liaise with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Assist with retail sales and restocking displays as needed
Handle guest concerns or escalate them to the Spa Manager appropriately

Required

Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality
Someone with a strong attention to detail
Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Someone with excellent communication skills
Someone who can frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs
Someone with a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

Someone with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification preferred
