The VBC Manager will support the execution of the value-based care strategy, manage VBC contracts, and coordinate with payors and employers to align patient outcomes with cost-containment goals.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of VBC contracts with payors, provider networks, and employers

Assist with managing relationships with self-insured employers, benefit consultants, and health plans

Identify opportunities to expand VBC models and employer channels that drive sustainable reimbursement

Partner with clinical, operations, finance, and product teams to align VBC initiatives with organizational and patient care goals

Help with proposal development, pricing models, deal structuring, and contract execution

Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, providing support on VBC-related initiatives

Track performance metrics related to patient outcomes, cost savings, and member acquisition to measure contract success

Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to optimize VBC operations and partnerships
