Project Manager (Social Analytics)

They are seeking a senior-level Project Manager with deep Asana expertise to lead the implementation of their social analytics workflow, ensuring project hygiene, intake, and capacity management.

Responsibilities
Daily auditing of the Asana board to ensure every ticket has a valid status (e.g., Triage, In Progress, Review, Blocked)
Ensuring analysts are updating the status of each project ahead of portfolio review
Enforcing the inclusion of start dates and due dates on all tasks
Ensuring no ticket is marked “Complete” until the final deliverable link (deck, dashboard, etc.) is attached
Creating and maintaining Asana task templates for recurring deliverables (e.g., weekly performance reports, campaign wrap-ups) to ensure consistency
Reviewing all incoming requests (via Google Forms and Sheets) to ensure a brief is present before it is assigned to an analyst
Checking that the brief contains clear business questions, data sources, and timelines
Partnering with the Analytics Lead to prioritize new requests against current workload
Supporting the translation of project briefs into Asana in order to assign work to analysts
Maintaining a forward-looking view of analyst availability (e.g., who is open next week vs. who is heavily allocated)
Flagging burnout risks to leadership when an analyst is over-allocated for consecutive weeks
Tracking analyst time spent per Product Area (YTTV, Core, Foundation, YTMP)
Reconciling actual hours worked against the client retainer and allocation model to identify over-utilized Product Areas
Proactively suggesting ways to reduce the number of meetings or simplify intake processes
Leading post-mortem and retrospective meetings after major campaigns (e.g., OKRs, Coachella, Super Bowl) to document what worked and what did not
Maintaining team documentation (SOPs) and organizing the shared Google Drive to ensure historical reports are accessible
Managing scope creep by assessing the impact of new requests on active timelines and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Deep Asana expertise to lead a time-bound implementation focused on operationalizing social analytics workflow
Designed, configured, and scaled Asana systems for analytics, marketing, and data teams
Understanding how tools, process, and people intersect
Daily auditing of the Asana board to ensure every ticket has a valid status (e.g., Triage, In Progress, Review, Blocked)

Google Forms: Managing the front end of the analytics request process
