R&O Quality Inspector
ACR Electronics, Inc. is seeking an R&O Quality Inspector responsible for overseeing the quality control of repairs within their 145-repair station. The role involves training inspection personnel, ensuring compliance with quality control manuals, and performing various inspections as per regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Train, direct, and assist all inspection personnel performing work under the repair station certificate as directed by the Accountable Manager
Ensure the proficiency of every inspector by completing the Inspector Proficiency Checklist Form RSF-211-01
Ensure all incoming, hidden damage, preliminary, in-process, and final inspections are performed following the procedures outlined in the manual
Respond to any request for inspection of this repair station certificate
Determine the final disposition of articles failing to meet the incoming inspection review as directed by the Accountable Manager
Ensure appropriate calibrations and checks are made on the tools and equipment used by the repair station as described in the manual
Red-tag or placard any malfunctioning or non-functioning equipment
Assist Field & Tech Services with aviation technical questions
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Read and understand drawings, manuals (CMMs), work instructions, and schematics
Use industry-standard electronics bench test equipment, i.e., Spectrum Analyzer, O-scope, multi-meter, and power supplies
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Computer and website navigation skills are required
Strong Customer service and communication skills
Phone skills are required, as well as organizational skills
3+ years of experience working with a QMS
3+ years of experience in electronics installation and repair
Preferred
Experience dealing with Aviation OEMs is a plus
