Responsibilities
Lead the operationalization of the SAM Pro module within the organization
Ensure optimal utilization of SAM Pro capabilities to support business objectives
Collaborate with the SAM team to provide hands-on support and guidance
Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer on SAM Pro features and best practices
Monitor and report on SAM Pro performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAM Pro, advising on enhancements and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) principles and processes
In-depth, hands-on experience with SAM Pro module in a large enterprise environment
Proven track record of successfully operating and managing SAM Pro at scale
Ability to translate business requirements into SAM Pro configurations and workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in training and mentoring teams on SAM Pro functionalities
