Responsibilities

Assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits

Completing financial clearance functions

Collecting accurate demographic information, insurance information, and handling patient financial obligation at the time of service

Greeting and serving patients and internal team members in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner

Traveling from site to site as required based on business needs

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in using computers and computer systems
