In shop service and repair of machines and equipment
In Shop Reconditioning and Remanufacturing of Components
Field Service and Repair of Machines and Equipment
Customer Service/ Sales and Marketing
New and used equipment preparation
Warranty repairs
Rental/Lease maintenance and repairs
Enforces all policies and procedures as specified in company handbook
Maintains high employee morale
Maintains excellent customer relations
Attains business objectives/goals with good management and planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor with experience in selling at a management level
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Good computer and systems knowledge
Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
A strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions
Solid shop floor management knowledge
Good understanding of financial reporting principles
Solid understanding of pricing and discounting effects
Good business acumen
Ability to lead and mentor subordinates
Leadership skills in a specialized repair environment
