Responsibilities

Coordinate HR activities, schedules, and communications

Manage onboarding logistics and employee touchpoints

Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR events

Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions

Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs

Support employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation

Maintain data accuracy in HRIS systems

Assist with compliance tasks (I-9s, background checks)

Support payroll and benefits coordination
