Responsibilities

Meticulously manage assigned case load, quickly and efficiently conducting thorough research, creating roles and drafting letters

Identify cases where consultation with case staff is needed prior to sending opening letters and expertly manage the backlog of cases requiring more information or attorney approval

Maintain high productivity without sacrificing quality

Order investigations with outside firms as needed

Effectively communicate with the Premises Investigations team, investigation firms, case staff and attorneys, and other members of the firm regarding your assigned cases

Required

Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience as an investigator or case manager

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision

Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking ability

Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 40 wpm
