Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
Experience in Sales and Business Development activities
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience selling CRM, rev cycle/RCM, patient engagement, or workflow solutions
Familiarity with behavioral health providers, admissions/census, or healthcare operations
Exposure to multi-stakeholder sales (ops, clinical, billing, revenue cycle)
