Responsibilities

Enforcing municipal codes
Conducting property inspections
Working directly with residents and property owners to improve neighborhood standards
Performing periodic after-hour inspections to observe violations outside regular business hours
Employing communication skills to de-escalate conflict in a highly contentious and confrontational setting
Participating in 'Saturday Sweeps' and working six Saturdays a year
