Growth Marketing Manager
BIOVERSE is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer telehealth company on a mission to democratize access to science-backed longevity treatments. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own full-funnel growth initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization through cross-functional experiments.

Responsibilities
Own and Execute Full-Funnel Growth Strategies
Lead acquisition, activation, retention, and referral initiatives across multiple channels
Design and run growth experiments across paid media, email/SMS, content, referral, and product onboarding
Manage Paid Media Campaigns
Scale Meta, Google, and other paid channels with a focus on CAC:LTV efficiency and sustainable growth
Manage and optimize $700K+/month budgets with an eye on long-term value, not just short-term returns
Drive Creative & Messaging Strategy
Develop and test high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with our internal and external creative partners
Analyze performance data to continuously improve messaging, audience targeting, and creative concepts
Lead Cross-Channel Experimentation
Design testing roadmaps for landing pages, funnel strategies, referral programs, and retention loops
Identify and prioritize new growth channels such as TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, streaming, and influencer partnerships
Leverage Data to Inform Growth Decisions
Analyze funnel and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel, and more
Report insights and next steps to leadership and cross-functional teams
Partner Across Teams to Optimize User Journeys
Work with Product, Clinical, Legal, and Engineering to ensure compliant and high-converting experiences across touchpoints
Collaborate on Conversion Rate Optimization across landing pages, onboarding flows, and checkout processes
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a DTC, tech, or health-related brand
Proven success managing $700K+/month in media spend while scaling acquisition profitably
Experience running experiments across multiple channels and customer journey stages
Strong creative instincts and experience briefing, evaluating, and optimizing high-performing content and ads
Data-savvy with a working knowledge of analytics platforms, attribution models, and growth metrics
Startup mentality: self-starter, fast learner, highly iterative, and eager to roll up your sleeves
Comfortable working in-person full-time with a collaborative, fast-paced team in New York City
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth sectors
Knowledge of CRO frameworks, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
Experience with creator partnerships, UGC production, or influencer-driven growth
Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
