Administrative Assistant/Customer Service - Data Entry
Unitex is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our location in Linden, NJ. The role involves answering phones, handling general office duties, reviewing invoices, and providing support for various departments as needed.

Responsibilities
Answers phones in a professional manner and assists customers
Handles general office administrative duties
Reviews invoices and communicates discrepancies with service and plant personnel
Assists with special projects and reports
Provides support for surrounding departments as needed
Assists office manager, assistant office manager and general manager as needed
Places orders with vendors for linen and garments
Organizes and codes invoices for Accounts Payable
Maintains SKU center pricing
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent time management skills
Accurate data entry skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Associate's degree
Bilingual Spanish/English
