Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain corporate organizational and board materials, including meeting agendas and minutes

Assist with advance preparation for board meetings, maintain corporate registrations, and make required filings on a timely basis

Organize, maintain, and update filing systems (hard copy and electronic) and retrieve information promptly

Assist with drafting and revising corporate/service and advisory agreements and template forms

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and booking travel for the Private Wealth Legal Team

Work with other paralegals and attorneys to process and respond to legal notices and orders served by governmental and private parties, such as subpoenas and citations
