Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and maintaining system reliability across production environments
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement automation for deployment and operations
Help troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime
Contribute to documentation and process improvements for system reliability
Learn and apply best practices in observability, performance tuning, and capacity planning
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts
Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Go, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Preferred
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Understanding of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
