Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects from initial concept through implementation, including equipment design, process development, and manufacturing improvements
Plan, design, and execute heavy industrial and manufacturing projects while managing scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical documentation and reports to support project decisions
Identify and implement cost‑reduction opportunities through process optimization, re‑engineering of products or materials, and adoption of new manufacturing technologies
Support Manufacturing and Quality teams with engineering expertise and technical guidance
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of progressive experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success driving cost reductions through process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license (Oklahoma highly desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong AutoCAD skills
Familiarity with scheduling/project tools
