Paid Social Marketing Manager
Add3 is a digital marketing agency based in Seattle, WA, focused on delivering integrated marketing campaigns. They are seeking a Paid Social Account Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, leveraging strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors for precise ad targeting
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance and drive desired outcomes
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance targeting, bidding, and creative strategies
Regularly report on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid search, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing initiatives
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid social media advertising
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and optimize campaign effectiveness
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the paid social media team
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc
In-depth understanding of social media advertising metrics, analytics, and tracking tools
Proficient in using social media management platforms, ad managers, and other relevant digital marketing tools
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, copywriting, and user experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required
Proven work experience as a Paid Social Account Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus
