Responsibilities
You will shape the way people work and collaborate using Microsoft’s cloud-based productivity suite while managing a team of Product Managers
You create and drive the strategy for the Digital Workplace user experience process, from understanding the user needs and business objectives to designing and testing the solutions to delivering and evaluating the outcomes
You will also work with other product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the user experience vision is aligned with the product strategy and roadmap
You are experienced with Microsoft 365 and generative AI technologies and know how to address user needs and requirements through vendor solutions
You will be responsible and accountable for the enterprise collaboration product roadmap
You can incorporate feedback from stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to shape the product’s direction
You have experience gathering user feedback to uncover pain-points, needs, and preferences
You are highly analytical and passionate about deep product discovery, with experience leading lightweight, iterative experiments to validate, test, and learn, to ensure that we build the right experience
You have an aptitude for collaborating with engineers, business partners, and external vendors
You can build strong relationships and influence business leaders on strategic matters related to product development and design
You are comfortable engaging with highly sophisticated internal stakeholders
You can leverage data and insights to drive product roadmap and design enhancements
You stay informed about the latest technology trends and research in enterprise collaboration technologies
You can actively participate, engage, and provide leadership in Scrum ceremonies
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in the development of technology strategies, roadmaps, and software deployments
Experience with Microsoft 365 and generative AI technologies
Ability to incorporate feedback from stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to shape the product's direction
Experience gathering user feedback to uncover pain-points, needs, and preferences
Highly analytical and passionate about deep product discovery
Experience leading lightweight, iterative experiments to validate, test, and learn
Aptitude for collaborating with engineers, business partners, and external vendors
Ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders on strategic matters related to product development and design
Comfortable engaging with highly sophisticated internal stakeholders
