Account Director
Publicis Digital Experience is a division of Publicis Groupe focused on digital capabilities and solutions for clients. The Account Director is responsible for fostering client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and leading a high-performing team to enhance business growth and service delivery.

Responsibilities
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and their agencies
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in all phases of CRM and specifically within Retail
Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance and expand services within client organization
Develop and maintain relationships within client organization
Create and execute annual account plans
Develop and implement service tactics aligned with strategic goals
Oversee account service efforts and ensure high-quality work
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Manage account financials, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
Identify, initiate, and oversee project opportunities
Ensure flawless project execution and delivery
Effectively communicate client requests and project requirements to internal teams
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources with account services team
Develop creative briefs and execution plans
Monitor and evaluate project quality and client satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team
Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualification
Required
