Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist / VP of Sales
Adet IT Solutions is an IT services and consulting company expanding into the US private-sector B2B market. They are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist / VP of Sales to lead B2B outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting booking within the IT services space.

Responsibilities
Identify and research B2B prospects in the US market
Perform outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Engage CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, Security Leads, and business stakeholders
Execute structured, multi-touch outreach sequences with relevant personalization
Qualify prospects based on business needs, company size, and IT maturity
Identify active initiatives related to managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or IT staffing
Conduct discovery-level conversations to uncover technical and business challenges
Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives or leadership
Accurately log all activities, notes, and outcomes in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Maintain clean lead, contact, and account data
Track responses, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes consistently
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of B2B sales or SDR experience
Experience selling IT services, MSP/MSSP offerings, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
Proven experience prospecting to IT and business decision-makers
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional B2B environment
Experience executing structured outbound sales motions
Preferred
Experience with managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or IT staffing
Experience navigating complex or multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Experience working with US-based B2B clients
