Senior Business Development Manager – Outdoor Living Product Solutions
Green Foundry Co. is growing its Outdoor Living division and is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to build and expand relationships with landscape design-build contractors and other key players. Responsibilities
Developing and growing a territory through strategic relationship-building
Working upstream with designers, contractors, and builders to influence specifications
Managing a pipeline of mid-to-large project opportunities
Helping customers design, budget, and select outdoor living solutions
Driving repeat business through responsiveness, expertise, and follow-through
Collaborating internally to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Using CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and accountability
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of B2B sales experience
Have sold into the green industry, construction trades, or wholesale distribution
Comfortable with longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
Experience selling project-based or design-influenced solutions
Prefer building long-term relationships over transactional selling
Organized, disciplined, and take full ownership of your territory
Proven success managing a large book of business
Experience calling on contractors, designers, builders, or trade professionals
Strong communication skills—able to explain technical products clearly
CRM experience and solid pipeline management habits
A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability
