Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Professionalism in dealing with senior executives
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience managing multiple complex calendars
Experience planning and organizing events of all sizes
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
