Responsibilities

ISO 20022 Migration: Conduct data mapping and gap analysis between legacy SWIFT MT messages and new ISO 20022 MX formats
Requirements Management: Define business and functional requirements for domestic and cross-border payment systems
Financial Integration: Ensure alignment between payment messages and accounting entries in the bank's General Ledger (GL) and sub-ledger systems
Testing & Quality: Support end-to-end testing (UAT/SIT) for message transformations, reconciliations, and accounting postings
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between internal operations/IT teams and external vendors/regulatory bodies

Required

8–10 years of Business Analysis experience within the US Capital Markets domain
Deep understanding of payment workflows (ACH, RTGS, SWIFT) and message flows (MT to MX)
Proven ability in data mapping, gap analysis, and creating data flow diagrams
Familiarity with global and regional ISO 20022 mandates
Must be able to work 100% onsite in North Quincy, MA
