Sales & Event Planning Assistant

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a Sales & Event Planning Assistant to support our Sales & Events Team. This role is essential to keeping our sales operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly across multiple restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for sales and event inquiries
Assist with proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs)
Maintain event records, client databases, and internal files
Schedule client meetings, tastings, and site visits
Track leads, deadlines, and follow-ups
Coordinate with operations, culinary, and marketing teams
Prepare basic sales and pipeline reports
Support sales materials, office organization, and internal events

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeTripleseatOrganization skillsCommunication skillsTime-management skills

Required

2+ years of administrative or office support experience (hospitality/events preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to occasionally support evenings or weekends as needed

Preferred

Experience with Tripleseat or similar software is a plus
