Responsibilities
Coordinate, track, and support completion of sourcing activities and organizational initiatives
Participate in sourcing events for mid‑ to low‑value spend categories
Assist in developing and documenting sourcing processes and systems
Support analytics teams with monthly KPI reporting
Execute competitive bid events (RFQs), evaluate supplier responses, and recommend awards
Monitor supplier contracts and pricing compliance
Support sourcing needs for new product development initiatives
Ensure supplier adherence to relevant regulations and assist with supplier registration processes
Manage vendor setup in coordination with Finance/AP
Other duties as assigned; travel required approximately 10-20%
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field) strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in sourcing, commodity management, or purchasing; direct materials experience preferred
Proven ability to implement measurable supply chain improvements
Experience in centralized procurement environments, preferably manufacturing
Strong negotiation skills with success in short‑ and long‑term agreements
Broad supply chain knowledge and material category understanding
Analytical, communication, and cross‑functional project leadership capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
Strong business and financial acumen
Energetic, relationship‑focused, and able to engage at all levels of the organization
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and highly trustworthy
Strong communicator with excellent planning and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field) strongly preferred
Direct materials experience preferred
