Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff conversation through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Recruit for professional exempt roles (Marketing, Compliance, Risk, HR, Operations)
Recruit for sales and sales-support roles (wholesalers, relationship managers, implementation)
Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interview practices
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
Utilize recruiting tools including iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate recruiting preferred)
Experience recruiting for professional exempt-level and sales-related roles
Ability to learn quickly and operate independently
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and job families
Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and attention to detail
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
ATS experience required (iCIMS strongly preferred)
Preferred
Corporate and/or financial services recruiting experience
Experience supporting both professional exempt and sales hiring
Experience conducting structured interviews
Experience with pre-recorded interview tools (HireVue preferred)
Proven success sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools
