Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects across supply chain systems, ERP platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Project Governance: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and solutions
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools; provide regular updates to senior leadership
Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and process improvement across IT and supply chain systems, including automation, data analytics, and system integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain technologies
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
Experience with data governance, master data management (MDM), and system integration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and digital transformation initiatives
Experience developing and/or configuring SmartSheets as a Project Management tool
