Responsibilities
Implement and enhance network segmentation and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) across global private cloud and enterprise environments
Engineer and operate private cloud fabric‑as‑a‑service, improving delivery speed, reliability, and developer experience for dev/test and production workloads
Deploy and manage Nutanix Flow Security and Flow NG, including microsegmentation, distributed firewalling, and hybrid connectivity capabilities
Own Tier 3 escalations, lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements that reduce incident volume and MTTR
Contribute to datacenter network architecture and modernization, including fabric replacement, new datacenter design, and lifecycle processes for segmentation and provisioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in network engineering with significant exposure to hybrid cloud environments
Strong proficiency in network segmentation, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and modern security frameworks
Hands-on experience with Nutanix networking technologies, particularly Flow Security and Flow Network Gateway (NG)
Solid understanding of data center networking, private cloud fabric, and multi-vendor infrastructure spanning routing, switching, security, and cloud connectivity
Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and producing high‑quality root cause analysis and preventive actions
Excellent problem‑solving ability, with a track record of working effectively in a globally distributed team
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across engineering, cloud, and security teams and engage stakeholders clearly and confidently
