Responsibilities
Support the Experiential team to determine booking strategy for company owned programming, select dining programs, and sponsored external events. Recommend and implement the best use of the product for consumer reservations and event operator management
Support internal teams with maintenance of internal trackers and documents
Project management of timelines as it relates to ticketing set up, often for multiple events at a time
Coordination with product and engineering teams to receive technical sign off for events
Partnering with Product to properly QA the launch of events on the platform
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on Experiential team KPI's and the success of individual events
Support with legal review and other internal approvals as it relates to consumer event pages
Attend select events to ensure onsite interaction with the product is executed correctly
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented & Accurate: Strong focus on precision in project management and internal admin, including extensive KPI tracking of events. Excellent time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks
Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness
Self-motivated & Fast Learner: Able to take initiative and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly convey technical details and project updates to those less familiar with the technology
Data-driven: Skilled at analyzing data to tell a cohesive story about the success of Experiential events
Hospitality-minded: Understanding of the importance of hospitality and the willingness to go above and beyond for restaurant partners
Preferred
Familiarity with Looker is a plus
Previous experience working in restaurants and/or with restaurant table management software is a plus
