Human Capital Management Analyst - 20040245
Ohio EPA is seeking a Human Capital Management Analyst to join their Office of Human Resources. In this role, you will coordinate assessment and selection instruments, assist with performance management initiatives, and perform general human resource duties related to employment and recruitment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate, review and approve assessment and selection instruments used during the interview process
Review recommendations for hire, conduct background checks, make job offers, and process personnel actions
Provide assistance to management and employees with the agency’s Performance Management initiative
Advise managers; monitor completion; utilize reporting systems to track and report on performance management data
Be a point of contact for professional development plans
Perform general human resource duties pertaining to employment, training, the college intern program, and recruitment
Serve on committees, attend meetings, and training events as needed
Qualification
Required
2 yrs. exp. in human resources
Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration
1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611
Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
Experience in interviewing/hiring and performance evaluations
