Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required
5+ years of experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, including programming and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation software, remote I/O systems, and HMIs
Strong knowledge of industrial Ethernet communication and machine network architecture
Solid understanding of equipment safety standards, including hardware design, component selection, and arc flash requirements per NFPA 70E
Ability to design, develop, implement, and oversee electrical control systems
Proven experience troubleshooting complex electrical and automation systems in production environments

Preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians
Familiarity with production processes, maintenance operations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments with high uptime expectations
