Responsibilities

Support high-volume B2C retail transactions, including:
POS integration
Omnichannel sales (in-store, online, mobile)
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
Manage retail pricing scenarios (discounts, loyalty programs, coupons, seasonal promotions)
Configure and support retail payment processing including:
Credit/debit cards
Digital wallets
Cash, gift cards, store credits
Handle payment authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback processing
Integrate SAP with external payment gateways and payment service providers (PSPs)
Configure billing types, billing plans, and invoice outputs
Handle special retail scenarios such as:
Partial billing
Advance payments
Refund invoicing
Support tax determination (VAT, GST, sales tax) relevant to retail operations
Design, configure, and support SAP O2C processes including:
Customer master data
Sales order management
Pricing & promotions
Billing & invoicing
Credit management
Accounts receivable integration
Ensure seamless end-to-end O2C flow from order creation to cash application
