Account Sales Representative
Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company is a subsidiary of Unum Group that offers workplace financial protection benefits. They are seeking an Account Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new leads, and educate clients about insurance solutions.

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and businesses to meet their insurance needs
Identifying new leads
Presenting Colonial Life’s insurance solutions
Supporting enrollment processes with advanced technology
Educating clients about benefit options
Collaboration with the sales and management team
Delivering a superior client experience
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in building client relationships, networking, and communicating effectively
Proven sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in technology and enrollment platforms to support client services
Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client needs
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or insurance
Strong work ethic, team collaboration, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Licensed to sell insurance products in Tennessee, or the ability to obtain licensing upon hire
Preferred
Experience or knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
