Responsibilities

Ensure all stand locations operate in alignment with company standards, procedures, and brand expectations

Maintain a strong, visible presence in the field by regularly working in stands

Coach and support Stand Managers on performance, execution, and leadership development

Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, safety standards, and applicable regulations

Champion 7 Brew’s culture of speed, quality, service, and kindness

Train, support, and empower Stand Managers to build high-performing teams

Provide actionable feedback and coaching to promote leadership growth

Foster a positive, accountable, and feedback-driven work environment

Identify and mentor future leaders within the organization

Monitor labor costs while maintaining optimal staffing for guest experience and efficiency

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance

Communicate and execute company initiatives and process improvements

Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stand locations and with regional leadership

Uphold company policies and values through hands-on leadership

Address operational or cultural challenges with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset

Perform other duties as assigned
