They are seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical enterprise applications in a high-availability environment, focusing on production issue resolution, debugging, and infrastructure-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for enterprise applications and platforms
Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex production incidents and system issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence
Support applications across Mainframe and Cloud environments
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to resolve outages and performance issues
Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and ensure system stability and availability
Document issues, resolutions, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Production Support / Application Support roles
Hands-on expertise with Mainframe environments
Strong experience supporting Cloud-based infrastructure and applications
Deep debugging and troubleshooting skills (non-development focused role)
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, system operations, and incident management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain past work
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or healthcare systems
Exposure to monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools
Experience working in 24x7 or high-availability production environments
