This role focuses on production support, enhancements, and quarterly upgrades in a high-volume financial transaction landscape, working closely with functional and integration teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions that support core finance operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance D365 Finance modules including GL, subledgers, FP&A support, tax, fixed assets, AR, AP, procurement, and expense management

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with functional teams to translate user stories and requirements into technical solutions

Support and maintain integrations between D365 Finance and external operational and logistics systems

Participate in quarterly release and upgrade cycles, including regression testing and remediation

Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinanceERP production supportIntegration experienceEvent-driven architecturesCollaboration skillsCommunication skills

Required

Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Proven experience supporting and enhancing a live ERP production environment

Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, functional, and integration teams

Strong communication skills and accountability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

D365 developer background (required for consideration)

Integration experience using middleware or event-driven architectures (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka)

Experience supporting connected enterprise ecosystems such as CPQ, logistics, WMS, or transportation platforms
