Responsibilities
Manage the internal compliance calendar to ensure timely preparation and filing of all tax obligations, coordinating inputs from internal teams and third-party consultants across U.S. and foreign direct, indirect, non-income, and transfer pricing filings
Partner with Accounting to gather and provide required data to third-party consultants for the preparation of U.S. and foreign income tax returns
Review corporate income tax returns prepared by external advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare calculations supporting U.S. and foreign income tax extensions and estimated tax payments
Prepare state adjustment workpapers to support the U.S. tax provision and state income tax return filings
Develop state allocation and apportionment calculations, monitoring jurisdiction-specific legislative changes to ensure compliance, including nexus determinations
Prepare inputs for international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471 and 1118
Support the preparation of key international tax calculations, including GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credits (FTC)
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Preferred
4–5 years of public accounting experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on cultural fit, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated eagerness to learn
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and coachable, with a willingness to grow and develop under mentorship and hands-on training
Corporate tax and tax provision experience strongly preferred, though candidates with a solid foundational background and interest in expanding their expertise will be considered
