Responsibilities

Coordinate complex interview scheduling and logistics
Resolve operational issues independently and communicate outcomes
Ensure data integrity across recruiting systems
Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Partner with recruiters and cross-functional teams

Required

4–7 years of experience in talent or recruiting operations
Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems

Accountability for outcomes and follow-through
Comfort navigating ambiguity within established frameworks
