As a Workday HCM Implementation Consultant, you will support Phase X deployments for clients, assisting with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across the Talent lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support client workshops to gather and document business requirements for Phase X deployments
Assist with configuring Workday functionality under the guidance of senior consultants
Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
Learn and apply Workday leading practices across Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning
Help document solutions, configurations, and client deliverables
Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful delivery
Participate in training and internal initiatives to build Workday and consulting skills
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of Workday HCM experience, including implementation or Phase X support
Familiarity with Workday configuration and implementation concepts
Interest in Talent, Recruiting, or Learning processes
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning
Bachelor's degree
