Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Partnership Plans: Develop and execute strategies to align with Google’s ecosystem (e.g., Google Cloud, Google Ads) for revenue growth and client success
Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to position Google solutions effectively for Indian and global clients
Optimize Partner Programs: Leverage Google Partner programs to maximize incentives, certifications, and visibility while meeting performance criteria
Enhance Client ROI: Optimize Google Ads or Cloud deployments to boost client conversions, sales, and satisfaction
Maintain Google Certifications: Ensure team or self holds relevant Google certifications, staying updated on tools and best practices
Leverage Google Cloud partnership towards demand generation activities for LTIM. Collaborate with industry vertical sales and Google sales teams to execute campaigns for New Account Openings or, new opportunities
Strong ability to collaborate, spot and incubate Google Cloud opportunities from internal & external audience
Proactively generate Google Cloud opportunities utilizing industry, IT landscape and market knowledge
Create large Google Cloud deals encompassing various technologies and come up with competitive value propositions
Collaborate with LTIM and Google teams to scale Google Partner Influenced revenue
Ability to hold Sales conversations with CXO’s and direct reports to influence POV
Good understanding of Google Cloud services, products, Organization structure & incentives programs. Leverage and maximize Google incentives programs to come up with lucrative deal structures
Strong acumen to build and scale pipeline from scratch and showcase minimum 40-50% conversion ratio
Adapt to scale in a competitive, pervasive & flexible Cloud structure to contribute towards expanding GBU
Work with Practice Units to create Google Cloud led offers for the industry
Ideate and implement strategies to bring momentum into Google business
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall experience
5 + Years of recent and current Google Partnership Sales experience
Deep understanding of one of the following topics: Application modernization on cloud, or cloud-native engineering, Integration technologies, Infrastructure modernization and movement to cloud, Cloud and cyber security, Data engineering on Cloud
Played the role of Solutions architect or having managed a team of architects in the past is a strong plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills
A bias for growth and a sales mindset. Sales experience is NOT mandatory; however, the person should have collaborated with sales teams in the past
Ability to work and travel in the US
Preferred
Masters is preferred, but a bachelor's is fine
Computer science degree is preferred but not mandatory
